These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website https://techsensindia.com (the “Website”) and the purchase of products and services offered through it, including Interactive Flat Panels (Sense Pro, Sense Edge, Sense Team), LED Display Solutions, Webcams, Digital Signages, Studio Setup and Accessories.
By accessing the Website, booking a demo, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website.
- Eligibility
By using this Website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are purchasing on behalf of a school, college, company, or other institution, you represent that you are authorised to do so.
- Products & Services
- All products listed on the Website are subject to availability.
- Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance, colour, or design.
- Technical specifications, features, and software versions are subject to change by the manufacturer without prior notice.
- Free live demonstrations are offered subject to scheduling availability and geographic serviceability.
- Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of GST as indicated on the product page or quotation.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.
- We currently accept payments through UPI, Net Banking, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), and such other payment methods as displayed during checkout. All online payments are processed through secure third-party payment service providers.
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.
- For institutional and bulk orders, payment terms (advance, part-payment, or credit terms) will be as agreed in the applicable quotation, proforma invoice, or purchase order.
- In case of a pricing error on the Website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund of any amount paid.
- Order Acceptance & Cancellation by Us
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when we issue an order confirmation or dispatch the product. We may refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, or inability to service your location. In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded in full.
- Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines shown on the Website or communicated by our team are estimates and may vary due to logistics, location, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Large-format products such as Interactive Flat Panels and LED displays are shipped through specialised logistics partners and may require the presence of an authorised person at the delivery location.
- Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect the packaging at the time of delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
- Installation, wall-mounting, and on-site training (for Panel), where applicable, will be scheduled after delivery as per the terms of your order.
- Installation will be carried out either directly by TechSens India or by a party arranged by us (For Panel and LED). The customer shall provide reasonable access and the necessary site readiness to facilitate installation.
- Warranty
Products are covered by the warranty specified on the product page, invoice, or warranty card. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorised repairs, misuse, electrical surges, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be raised through our support team with proof of purchase. Software updates and support are provided as described at the time of sale.
- Use of the Website
You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting unauthorised access, introducing malware, scraping content, placing fraudulent orders, or using the Website for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for any user violating these Terms.
- Intellectual Property

- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechSens India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, arising from the use of the Website or products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TechSens India, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.
- Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, government actions, or supply chain failures.
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
